We recommend hand-washing your Memobottle with warm water and white vinegar or using our specialized cleaning tablets. Avoid the dishwasher to preserve the clarity and seal of the bottle.
Can I put hot liquids or carbonated drinks inside?
The Memobottle is designed for filtered cold or room temperature water. We do not recommend using it for hot liquids or carbonated beverages as pressure build-up may compromise the seal.
What is your shipping policy?
